Labrador in the Fall

October 5, 2009 | Dr. Jeff Wells

I recently recieved some beautiful shots from my colleague Larry Innes, director of the Canadian Boreal Initiative. He took these during a flight over Labrador, which is some of the most eastern Boreal Forest in North America. I thought I'd share these with you to show how beautiful the Boreal's mix of coniferous and deciduous trees can look during the fall. These were taken on October 4th near Goose Bay, Labrador.

Enjoy!
